To support our processes, we are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to support our development team in efficiently managing the organization and implementation of externally funded projects and successfully coordinating cooperation with internal and external partners.

  • Scientific support and coordination: You will take the lead in terms of content and organization within an interdisciplinary team, ensure that the project goals are achieved and ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.
  • Project management: Your tasks include planning, preparing and following up on project meetings, monitoring the budget and coordinating agreements with internal and external partners and third-party funders.
  • Procurement processes: You create service descriptions in close coordination with project partners, evaluate offers and manage the entire awarding process in cooperation with the administration.

In the long term, the further development of your role is in your own hands.

Your profile - face challenges and develop yourself further

  • Completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in economics, environmental sciences, natural sciences (e.g. physics, chemistry) or a related field.
  • Sound experience in project management and the coordination of research projects, ideally in the area of externally funded projects.
  • Analytical thinking, a methodical approach and a structured way of working.
  • Creativity, openness to new solutions and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • Experience in science communication and stakeholder management is an advantage.
  • Very good communication skills in German and English, both oral and written.
