Mechatronics Engineer Prototyping Test Rigs (m/f/d)
Become part of the climate revolution!
The opportunity - Shape your influential role
At enaDyne, you will work at the cutting edge of innovative CO₂ recycling technology. In our modern laboratory, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex test rigs and prototypes. You will combine mechanical precision with intelligent control technology and support the development of systems that will drive the industry of tomorrow.
- Your tasks at a glance:
- Construction and further development of mechatronic test systems, including control systems, energy supply, sensors/actuators, control cabinets and process engineering infrastructure (e.g. gas systems, temperature control).
- Programming and commissioning of control technology (e.g. Siemens S7, Codesys, Beckhoff) - including calibration of sensors and implementation of modern control concepts.
- Production of mechanical components for test setups, incl. turning, milling (conventional and CNC), additive processes and adaptations in CAD.
- Systematic optimization of prototypes and test stands in close coordination with Research & Development.
- Technical documentation of changes, test results and further developments.
- Here you get the chance to contribute your own ideas, take on responsibility and make a real impact with your technical skills.
Your profile - face challenges and develop yourself further
You not only have specialist knowledge, but also the passion to create something new together in a team. You work in a structured, solution-oriented and independent manner - and enjoy tackling challenges with creativity and technical skill. Particularly important to us:
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or electronics technician for industrial engineering with additional qualifications in automation technology or electrical engineering.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the installation, commissioning and maintenance of mechatronic systems.
- Experience in programming control systems (e.g. Siemens S7, Codesys, Beckhoff), control technology (e.g. PID) and working with sensors and actuators.
- Confident handling of circuit diagrams, electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Practical know-how in mechanical processing (turning, milling), as well as in the assembly and adjustment of test stands.
- Experienced with CAD software and a good understanding of prototyping processes.
- High degree of initiative, structured way of thinking and enjoy solving complex technical tasks.
- Willingness to play an active role in an interdisciplinary team, to break new ground and question the status quo.
Your benefits - Develop yourself and change the world:
- Steep learning curve in an innovative company.
- The opportunity to actively do something about climate change.
- Flexible working hours and hybrid working options.
- The opportunity to work with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Access to modern research facilities and comprehensive training opportunities.
