The opportunity - Shape your influential role
As a Data Engineer, you will take on a versatile and influential position within the company. You will work directly with the development team and support them with:
- Development of data pipelines and workflow environments: Design and implementation of efficient and scalable data processing and analysis systems for our plasma reactors.
- Database administration: Management and optimization of database solutions to ensure smooth operation and high availability.
- Creating graphical user interfaces/front end: Creating user-friendly and intuitive graphical interfaces for visualizing and interacting with data.
In the long term, the further development of your role is in your own hands.
Your profile - face challenges and develop yourself further
- Experience in setting up and managing data pipelines and workflow environments.
- Sound knowledge of database administration and optimization.
- Experience in the development of graphical user interfaces, ideally with knowledge of modern front-end technologies (e.g. React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Completed university degree (Master's or Diploma) in computer science, business informatics, information technology or a related field as well as basic knowledge in the field of MSR (measurement, control, regulation) are an advantage.
- Willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation and interest in scientific issues.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and composure in stressful situations.
- A proactive mindset, enjoyment of new challenges and willingness to leave your comfort zone to produce outstanding results.
- Fluency in English, knowledge of German is an advantage.
