At enaDyne, we develop plasma technology that converts CO₂ into valuable chemicals and fuels. Our goal: to transform industries by providing scalable, energy-efficient solutions for CO₂ utilization. Now we are about to take the next big step - from lab scale to industrial production - and are looking for a hands-on COO to play a key role in shaping this process from our headquarters in Leipzig.

Important: This is not a classic management role. If you just want to steer without getting involved, you're in the wrong place. We are looking for a leader who leads by example, someone who develops strategies, coordinates teams and actively solves problems - whether on paper or directly at the plant.

As COO, you are the driving force behind our industrialization. Your job: to transform our scientific breakthroughs into marketable, scalable solutions. Together with the CEO and CTO, you will drive scaling forward, ensure smooth processes and lend a hand when things get stuck.

Your role: From innovation to industrial implementation

Scaling & industrialization

• Driving the transition from laboratory scale to industrial solutions.
• Establish and manage supplier and production networks.
• Design, build and operate pilot plants to ensure smooth scaling.

Operational implementation & process management

• Develop, optimize and implement production processes - efficiently, robustly and scalably.
• Tackle problems directly - be it a disruption in the supply chain, a technical problem or a process hurdle.
• Manage technical projects and ensure that milestones are achieved on time.

Leadership & team coordination

• Motivating, aligning and empowering teams to deliver top performance.
• Control cooperation between engineering, production and external partners.
• Turning strategies into tangible implementation - everyone involved is focused on the same goal.
  

Your profile

• Experience in industrial scaling of hardware technologies - you have brought technologies from the R&D phase into industrial production.
• Sound expertise in chemical or process engineering (M.Sc. or PhD preferred).
• Bonus: Experience in electrical engineering or plasma technology.
• Pragmatic solution finder - you implement instead of getting stuck in endless optimization loops.
• Strong leadership personality - you can not only coordinate teams, but also inspire them.
• Willingness to work on site in Leipzig - industrialization does not happen from the home office.
